Charlie joined Webster as a Senior Associate in 2019 and has subsequently been promoted to Vice President. Prior to joining Webster, Charlie was an investment banking Associate at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he advised clients on M&A transactions, debt and equity financings, and dividend and repurchase policies. Previously, Charlie was an Analyst with Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Charlie was educated at Boston University.
