Bio

Andrew joined Webster as a Senior Associate in 2018 and has subsequently been promoted to Vice President. Andrew was previously an Investment Banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he advised clients in the consumer & retail sectors on M&A transactions, debt and equity financings, and dividend and repurchase policies. Prior to this, Andrew served as a Captain in the U.S. Army. Andrew was educated at the United States Military Academy and Harvard Business School.
