Bio

Ed Didier is a Principal with STG. Before joining STG, Ed was a Principal at Bain & Company in the Private Equity Group and the Technology practice, based in San Francisco, where he led deals in the enterprise software, data center and technology-enabled services verticals. Prior to Bain, Ed worked at QInvest in Qatar, executing strategic investments on behalf of the Principal Investments team and advising external clients on mergers and acquisitions. Ed started his career at Morgan Stanley in London, where he advised clients on a broad range of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, fairness opinions, equity capital raisings and other strategic initiatives. Ed received a B.Sc. in History and International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science and an MBA from ESSEC Business School in France, with a concentration in finance and corporate strategy. He currently serves on the board of directors for RedSeal, RSA, Skyhigh Security, and Trellix.
