Ms. Termini is Managing Director and Controller at ECP. She is also a member of the Compliance/ESG Committee. In this capacity, she manages the day-to-day activities of the firm. Prior to joining ECP in 2006, Ms. Termini worked at Clifford Chance US LLP. Ms. Termini received a B.S. in International Business from The College of New Jersey (also known as “Trenton State College”).
