Wayne represents developers and private equity/financial investors in energy and infrastructure project development, finance, and mergers and acquisitions. He also assists energy industry participants in the negotiation of commercial project contracts, including construction contracts, power purchase agreements, equipment supply contracts, and operations and maintenance agreements.
