Connie Cheung is a private equity and mergers and acquisitions lawyer with more than a decade of experience advising private equity funds and venture capital and Chinese private companies on their investments and divestments in the greater China region, as well as on complex cross-border transactions in a wide range of industries, including internet, mobile technology, education, medical devices, media and entertainment, retail, and waste-to-energy. Connie also has extensive experience in advising foreign and domestic clients on Hong Kong general corporate and commercial laws. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
