Charles Vandenburgh advises on the structuring and implementation of transactions in a number of sectors primarily focusing on energy and infrastructure, working with clients throughout the United States and across the globe. Charlie regularly represents companies on acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, strategic alliances, financings, recapitalizations, and restructurings, working with them from letter of intent to closing. He has experience navigating transactions involving power plants, district energy systems, and energy marketers, as well as manufacturing, service, and technology companies.
