Bradley Edmister represents US, Japanese, and other Asian clients in cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital markets transactions. Fluent in Japanese, Bradley handles a range of public and private M&A matters for both strategic and private equity clients, cross-border joint ventures, and global equity and debt capital markets transactions, including American depositary receipts and global depositary receipts. He also works on Japanese real estate investment trusts and ongoing listing and US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) compliance matters for foreign private issuers.
