Artem Tamaev represents public and private companies and private equity sponsors on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, and strategic advice matters. He regularly advises clients on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, and has worked on deals across numerous jurisdictions in a broad range of industries, including agribusiness, consumer products, energy, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing. Before joining Morgan Lewis, Artem was with another global law firm, resident in Moscow and London.
