Mr. Zhu is a Partner with Haiwen & Partners, Beijing Office. Mr. Zhu’s practice focuses on PE/VC fund formation and investment, merger and acquisition, healthcare and real estate. Mr. Zhu joined Haiwen in 2016. Prior to joining Haiwen, Mr. Zhu worked in another leading law firm for 5 years.
