Mr. TJ Zhang is an International Partner based in the Shanghai office, focusing on M&A, FDI and general corporate matters. Mr. Zhang joined Haiwen in March 2018. Prior to joining Haiwen, Mr. Zhang practised more than eight years in London, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Shanghai offices of leading international law firms, advising both Chinese and international clients on cross-border investments and general corporate matters. Mr. Zhang experienced in investments in the areas of financial institution, auto, real estate, consumer products, pharmaceutical and high technology. Mr. Zhang has also worked for a leading Chinese law firm. Mr. Zhang received his LL.B. degree from East China University of Politics and Law in 2005 and his LL.M. degree from University College London in 2007. Mr. Zhang is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales. Mr. Zhang’s working language is Mandarin and English.
