Zuolong Wu is an international partner based in the Hong Kong office of Haiwen & Partners. He specializes in private equity investment, M&A transactions, outbound investment, complex inbound investment and joint ventures, fund formation, acquisition financing, debt issuance and debt restructuring. He has experience in sectors of medical and healthcare, insurance, internet, media and technology, education, real estate, automobile, logistics, agriculture and retail sale and consumer products. He has advised on M&A transactions in Greater China, U.S. and Europe. Zuolong joined the Hong Kong office of Haiwen & Partners at the end of 2016. Prior to joining Haiwen, Zuolong has practiced law for 13 years in Greater China. He worked for approximately 5 years at the Hong Kong offices of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. He worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer's Shanghai and London offices for approximately 7 years. He also worked at the Shanghai office of Shearman & Sterling for one year.
