Mr. Wu is a partner, resident in the Beijing office. Mr. Wu’s practice focuses on securities offering, merger & acquisition and general corporate matters. Mr. Wu joined Haiwen in 1992 and became a partner in 1996. Mr. Wu was previously working at High People’s Court of Gansu Province from 1983 to 1989.
