Wu Ting is a Partner with Haiwen & Partners, Beijing Office. Wu Ting has been assisting in advising Japanese clients on a variety of legal issues over last 15 years, involving foreign direct investment, corporate governance, foreign exchange, intellectual property (trademark, copyright and anti-unfair Competition issues ), reorganization and liquidation, employment and regulatory compliance as well as other forms of China-Japan trade and commercial activities in a wide range of industries. Wu Ting joined Haiwen in 2019. Before joining Haiwen, Wu Ting has worked in one of the largest Japanese Law firm Tokyo office from 2001 to 2009.
