Ms. Fu is a partner, resident in the Beijing office. Ms. Fu’s practice focuses on securities offerings, financing, foreign investment, restructuring and general corporate matters within the real estate development, pharmaceutical and shipping and integrated logistics industrial sectors. Ms. Fu joined Haiwen in 2002. Kaiyuan Urban Real Estate Development Fund (Xian) in connection with its investment in numerous real estate and development projects; China Cereals, Oils and Foodstuffs Corporation Property in connection with the restructuring of its commercial real estate and hotel developments; The Sunco Group in connection with its restructuring and private equity transactions; BBMG in connection with its restructuring and initial public offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange; Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse First Boston in connection with their role as underwriters for Guangzhou R & F Properties during its offering of H shares. Ms. Fu received her LLB from Peking University in 1999 and a Politics and Law degree from Southwestern University in 2001. Ms. Fu is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in English.
