Mr. Feng is a partner, resident in the Beijing office. Mr. Feng’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and regulatory compliance. Mr. Feng worked from 2017 to 2018 in Zenity Holdings as General Counsel and in Zenity Capital as Vice President in charge of legal affairs. Prior to joining Zenity, Mr. Feng was a partner at JunHe LLP where he worked from 2003 to 2017 at JunHe’s Beijing office. During the period with Zenity, Mr. FENG led the legal team working on fund formations and investments, private placement and acquisitions of business by two of Zenity’s listed subsidiaries, and several investment and financing projects undertaken by other private subsidiaries. At JunHe Mr. Feng represented a great number of multinational companies, Chinese enterprises and private equity funds in their cross- border M&A transactions, and sizable joint venture, private placement, divestment or restructuring projects. Mr. Feng has extensive experience in providing comprehensive legal services to clients for complicated transactions, including structuring, negotiating and closing deals, drafting transaction documents and the related legal consultations. Mr. Feng’s experience extends to various different sectors including automotive, medical and health, TMT, aviation and chemical, etc. Mr. Feng was awarded as one of the “15 Rising Stars of China” in 2016 by the Asian Law and Business (ALB).
