Ding Feng is a Partner in the Chengdu Office of Haiwen & Partners, mainly engaged in Issuance and Listing of Securities, Merger and Acquisition, Legal Consultant and Dispute Resolution. Mr. Ding worked in the Beijing Office of Haiwen & Partners from 2012 to 2016, and rejoined Haiwen & Partners in 2018.
