Karen Linsley Bio

Karen L. Linsley is a partner in the Corporate department of our Boston office. She concentrates her practice in the areas of venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law, securities law and financing transactions. Karen represents both acquirers and target companies in mergers and acquisitions and companies in numerous public and private debt and equity offerings and has also represented clients in several international joint ventures.
