Itamar Mei-Zahav Bio

Itamar Mei-Zahav is a partner in the firm’s Hi-Tech department, focused on providing ongoing legal advice to international and domestic entities, on all corporate and commercial aspects of their activities. Itamar has extensive experience in the representation of venture capital, private investors, family offices and private equity funds in their investments in portfolio companies and he has been involved in many transactions with an emphasis on clients in the High-Tech and Life Sciences sectors. Mr. Mei-Zahav also advises clients with respect to private financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, licensing agreements and joint ventures.
