Stephan Aubel Bio

Stephan’s practice focus is on capital market issues. He has advised numerous companies on their IPOs, capital increases or issuances of bonds. Furthermore he advises clients on corporate law and public M&A. After training as a bank clerk Stephan studied at Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt/Main and at the University of Pennsylvania (LL.M. 2002). He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2007. Stephan speaks German and English.
