Johnny Sherwood Bio

Johnny Sherwood is a Director with Hexagon Capital Alliance. He has 14+ years of capital markets experience and has been involved in numerous merger & acquisition transactions, recapitalizations, and debt and equity capital raises for middle-market clients. Mr. Sherwood’s sector focus includes Consumer Products, with a particular emphasis on Food & Beverage. He previously held a Vice President position at Kinetic Advisors, a boutique merchant bank, and an Associate position at McGladrey Capital Markets. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers providing audit and assurance services. Mr. Sherwood earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California. He currently resides in Orange County, CA with his wife and two daughters.
