Matt Huebner Bio

Matt is a Senior Director and Co-Head of Capstone’s Equity Capital Advisory Group. He has over 14 years of experience executing M&A and capital markets transactions focusing on businesses within the industrial and tech/telecom sectors. Matt started as an Analyst with Capstone Partners in 2006. While with the company, he has worked with public and private companies providing M&A and advisory services. Matt has extensive experience in sell-side, buy-side, debt, and equity transactions, primarily focusing on the industrial and technology/telecom sectors. He has also worked on numerous strategic advisory and company valuation assignments. Prior to joining Capstone Partners, Matt was an Associate Broker in the Industrial Group at Grubb & Ellis Co.
