Zubin Dubash has worked across three different continents. He started his career with Ernst and Young in London and after completing his CA, he went on to do his M.B.A. from Wharton. He worked for two years with Corning Inc. doing business development for them. He returned to India in 1988 and worked with the TATA Group in various roles. The first five with the parent company, Tata Sons, working with the Group CFO on various corporate finance initiatives of the Group companies. The next five years were spent as Executive Director of Indian Hotels (Taj Group) and involved heading various functions including finance, IT, projects, and four of the five operating divisions. Since then, he has worked with two WP portfolio companies i.e. WNS as Group CFO and Alliance Tire Co. where he was responsible for all the support functions including finance, supply chain, HR, IT and legal.
