Bio

Winston Wu is based in Shanghai, joined Warburg Pincus in 2018 as a Director for Portfolio Finance in North Asia. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Wu was the Asia Pacific Finance Head for AkzoNobel SC. Prior to this, he was the Asia Pacific Senior Financial Officer across various industries at Schneider Electric, Honeywell, and General Mills. He started his career at Arthur Andersen and PwC in Financial Advisory. Mr. Wu holds a B.A. in Economics from Fudan University and an M.B.A. from University of Cambridge. He is also a member of Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor.
