Vera Yang is based in Shanghai, joined Warburg Pincus in 2021 and focuses on Consumer investments. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Ms. Yang, headed the NYSE’s China Business and brought over 30 leading Chinese companies to be listed on the U.S. exchange, including Beike (NYSE: BEKE), XPeng (NYSE: XPEV), Lufax (NYSE: LU), Full Truck Alliance (NYSE: YMM). She previously worked for JPMorgan at its Hong Kong Office. Ms. Yang received an M.S. in Finance from University of Cambridge.
