Eddie Huang is a Managing Director, Global Head of Fundraising and Investor Relations and member of the Executive Management Group. Mr. Huang joined Warburg Pincus in 2014 and was based in Hong Kong where he served as Head of Fundraising and Investor Relations in Asia Pacific until 2021. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Huang was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs in the Asset Management division (GSAM) based in Hong Kong. He worked at Goldman Sachs for 14 years holding positions in Investment Banking and Capital Markets, and headed GSAM’s North Asia institutional business. In this capacity, he advised pension funds, insurance companies and central banks on asset management solutions across cash, fixed income, equities and alternative investments. Mr. Huang received a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and is a CFA Charterholder.
