Doug Madden is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2010 and is responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the Firm’s Compliance program. Doug coordinates Compliance and Regulatory matters relating to the Firm’s registration as an Investment Adviser with the SEC under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. Prior to joining the Firm, he held Compliance and Legal positions at Merrill Lynch & Co. for the preceding thirteen years, predominantly in its private equity arm, Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity. Doug holds a B.A. from St. John’s University and an M.B.A. from Fordham University.
