Bio

David Sreter is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2015 and is responsible for coordinating global tax structuring across the Firm’s investment portfolio and related reporting matters. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Sreter was a Partner at Ernst & Young where he led the Global and Americas Transaction Tax business and specialized in structuring domestic and cross-border transactions for corporate and private equity clients. He is a member of the tax sections of the American Bar Association and New York State Bar Association. Mr. Sreter received a B.S. in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany and his J.D. / LL.M. (Taxation) degrees from the New York University School of Law.
