Danli Wang is based in Shanghai, first joined Warburg Pincus in 2009 and returned in 2018. She focuses on investments in the healthcare sector in China. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Ms. Wang worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Investment Banking Division focusing on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions transactions in China. She is a Director of Hygeia Medical Service Group. Ms. Wang received a B.S. in Finance from Peking University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
