Dan Zamlong is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2002 and is part of the Industrial and Business Services team focusing primarily on investments in the Industrials, Aerospace and Defense sectors. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Zamlong was with the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and the Technology Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Credit Suisse. He is a Director of Consolidated Precision Products, Duravant, and Wencor Group. He was previously involved with the firm’s investments in TransDigm Group, Extant Aerospace, The Neiman Marcus Group, Aramark Corporation, among others. Mr. Zamlong is also currently Board Chairman of New York Professional Advisors for Community Entrepreneurs (NYPACE), a non-profit consulting organization assisting entrepreneurs from under-resourced backgrounds, and an Advisory Board Member of the New York Private Equity Network. Mr. Zamlong received a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
