Bio

Damon Beyer is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2016 and focuses on Organization, Talent, and Leadership Development for portfolio companies. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Beyer was a Partner at A.T. Kearney in Houston where he led the Americas Organization and Transformation practice. Previously, he had been a Partner at McKinsey & Company as well as Katzenbach Partners. Throughout his career in Consulting, Mr. Beyer has covered a wide range of issues including organization design and transformation, organizational and operations effectiveness, change management, leadership succession, board and corporate governance, and corporate strategy. He is also co-author of The Right Fight, published in 2010 by Harper Business. Mr. Beyer has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Southern Louisiana and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
