Bio

Bruno Maimone is based in São Paulo, joined Warburg Pincus in 2017 and focuses on investments in Latin America. He has also been involved with the Firm’s investments in Restoque and Omega Energias Renovaveis. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, he worked in the Private Equity Group at Actis where he also served as a Director at Cruzeiro do Sul Educacional and Genesis Group. Prior to commencing his career in private equity, Mr. Maimone was an Investment Banker in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse and ABN AMRO. He received a B.A. from FGV and an M.B.A. from the New York University Stern School of Business.
