Bio

Brian Spillane is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2000 and is a Senior Vice President in the Accounting and Finance Group. Mr. Spillane is responsible for financial reporting and performance analytics for our private equity funds and oversight of cash management, custody, records, valuations and portfolio analysis. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, he was an Auditor at Ernst & Young. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Fairfield University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
