Bio

Blake Holden is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2006 and is a member of the Capital Markets Group. Mr. Holden focuses on structuring, negotiating and advising on debt and equity financings across the Firm’s global portfolio. In addition, he manages the Firm’s relationships with commercial banks, investment banks and direct lenders. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Holden was at Deutsche Bank Securities in the Leveraged Finance Group, where he focused on both corporate and financial sponsor transactions in the leveraged loan and bond markets. Mr. Holden serves on the Annual Fund Advisory Board at Duke University, as a Board Member of Kids in Crisis and as a Council Member of the Wildlife Conservation Society. He received an A.B. from Duke University and an M.B.A. with honors in Finance from Columbia Business School.
