Benny Melumad is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2020 and is a Senior Vice President in the Digital Strategy & Innovation Group. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Melumad was the Chief Technology Officer at BluJay Solutions, a supply chain management software company. Prior to joining BluJay Solutions, Melumad worked at Vista Consulting Group, the operating arm of Vista Equity Partners, where he was responsible for technology diligence with potential investments as well as overseeing the technology function within Vista’s portfolio companies. In that role he was responsible for transforming technology initiatives in product development and building highly functional technology teams. During his tenure at Vista, Melumad served as a CTO for two of its companies, MicroEdge (acquired by Blackbaud) and Social Solutions. Mr. Melumad started his career as a Software Developer, working for several financial and startup companies. Mr. Melumad received a B.A. in Economics with a Computer Science major from the College of Management in Tel-Aviv, and M.B.A in Finance from Baruch College.
