Bio

Amr Kronfol joined Warburg Pincus in 2009. Based in New York, he focuses on investments in healthcare services and healthcare IT. Amr has been involved in the firm’s investments in Modernizing Medicine, CityMD, Alignment Healthcare, SOC Telemed, Helix, Silk Road Medical, Mercury Gate, GT Nexus, Multiview, and AmRest. He is currently a director of Modernizing Medicine, Silk Road Medical, and SOC Telemed and an observer at Helix. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Amr worked in the fixed income division at Merrill Lynch where he structured and traded agency mortgage-backed securities. He graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Princeton University, and he was a Palmer Scholar at the Wharton School where he earned his MBA.
