Bio

Alex Stratoudakis, based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2012 and focuses on investments in the Technology and Technology-Enabled Services sectors. Mr. Stratoudakis is a member of the Strategic Investments Group and the Technology Group. He is a Director of NetDocuments, Reorg Research, Defi, Sagent LoanServ, BlueGrace Logistics and Britecore. He is a Board Observer at Clearwater Analytics and is involved in the firm’s investment with Beacon. He has been involved in the firm’s investments in Coyote Logistics, Mercury Gate, Dude Solutions, FacilitySource and Service Repair Solutions. Previously, Mr. Stratoudakis worked at Silver Lake Partners and The Blackstone Group, both in New York. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
