Bio

Adrienne C. Filipov is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2014 and is the firm’s Chief Human Capital Officer. In this role, she is responsible for new professional selection, recruiting, and development, oversees human capital on a global basis, and works with investment teams and portfolio companies on best-practices human capital management. She is also a member of the firm’s Executive Management Group. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mrs. Filipov was a Managing Director at Barclays and held several senior operating positions including Chief Operating Officer for the financing and distribution businesses there and at Lehman Brothers. Mrs. Filipov has a B.S. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Columbia Business School.
