Adam Sherman is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2011 and focuses on the Strategic Investments Group (“SIG”), which is responsible for the firm’s large Technology and Technology-enabled services investments. Previously, he worked in the firm’s Industrial and Business Services Group and as an Investment Banking Generalist at Evercore Partners. Mr. Sherman serves on the Board of Directors of Labstat International and has been involved in the firm’s investments in Endurance International Group, Electronic Funds Source, Hygiena, Labstat International, and WEX. Mr. Sherman received a B.S. in Economics, Magna Cum Laude, from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
