Bio

Adam Krainson is based in New York, first joined Warburg Pincus in 2010 and returned in 2014. He focuses on investments in the Healthcare sector. Mr. Krainson serves on the board of CityMD / Summit Medical Group, the nation’s largest independent multispecialty and urgent care provider. In addition, Mr. Krainson works closely with and serves on the board of Gabe’s, a leading off-price retailer in the mid-Atlantic. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Krainson worked in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs. He received a B.S., magna cum laude, in Finance and Economics from New York University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
