Derek Klomhaus joined Vista Equity Partners in 2015 and is currently a member of the private equity Foundation team. Mr. Klomhaus currently works with the firm’s investment in Tribute Technology. He sits on the boards of Granicus and Power Factors. He was also actively involved in the firm’s investments in Greenway Health, Infoblox, MINDBODY, PowerSchool, The ACTIVE Network, Wrike, Xactly and Zego. Prior to joining Vista, Mr. Klomhaus worked at Credit Suisse in the Healthcare Investment Banking group. While at Credit Suisse, Mr. Klomhaus advised clients in the biotechnology and pharmaceuticals sectors. These projects primarily included mergers, acquisitions, equity and debt offerings, and other strategic advisory initiatives.
