Darko Dejanovic joined Vista Equity Partners in 2017. Mr. Dejanovic is currently a member of the private equity Foundation team. Mr. Dejanovic currently sits on the boards of Social Solutions, Solera and Stats Perform. He was actively involved in the firm’s investments in AGDATA, EagleView, Omnitracs, The ACTIVE Network, Upserve, Vivid Seats and Wrike. Prior to joining Vista, Mr. Dejanovic worked as the Executive Chairman, CEO, President and Chief Technology, Product and Innovation Officer at The ACTIVE Network, a former Vista company. Before his time with The ACTIVE Network, Mr. Dejanovic worked at Monster Worldwide as Executive Vice President, Global Chief Information Officer and Head of Product. Prior to Monster Worldwide, Mr. Dejanovic worked at Tribune Company as Corporate Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer.
