Zachary Malkin joined VPC in 2015 and is a Principal in Austin. He is responsible for sourcing, analyzing, executing, and managing investments across multiple industries, including financial services, legal services, real estate technology and other early-to-growth stage technology companies. Previously, Mr. Malkin was an analyst in Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory Services Group where he provided a full range of operational and financial focused support across the transaction life cycle, advising both buyers and sellers within healthcare, industrial manufacturing and consumer products industries. Mr. Malkin graduated from The University of Texas at Austin where he received a BBA in finance.
