Bio

Winston is a Managing Director and the co-head of Vestar’s Consumer Group. He currently serves as a director of Nonni’s Foods, Presence Marketing and Woodstream. Winston is also a member of the Investment Committee for BIGR Ventures. Other current and prior portfolio company involvement includes Birds Eye Foods, Hearthside Foods, IRI, Sun Products and Sunrise Medical. Prior to Vestar, Winston was a member of the Global Leveraged Finance Group at Lehman Brothers. He began his career in the Strategic Partners Group at CSFB, Credit Suisse’s private equity secondary fund. Winston holds a BS in Economics-Political Science from Columbia College, Columbia University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the board of BRIC Arts Media, the leading presenter of free cultural programming in Brooklyn.
