Bio

David is a Vice President and joined Vector Capital in 2014. David was involved in Vector’s investment in Triton Digital and Afilias, and the portfolio management of WatchGuard and iVita Financial. Prior to Vector, David worked at Lazard Frères & Co. in New York, advising clients on a number of M&A transactions in the consumer, industrial and business services sectors. David received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. He graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University with a degree in Economics.
