Bio

Brian is a Vice President at Union Park Capital. He joined the firm in 2015 and focuses on all aspects of the deal process, from origination and sourcing to deal execution and due diligence. Prior to Union Park, he spent two years at Battery Ventures working as an Associate in the Industrial Technology practice. Prior to Battery, he was with Morgan Keegan Technology Group, a lower middle market investment bank, where he worked on M&A and private placements in the technology sector. Brian holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University, where he also played on the men’s ice hockey team all four years.
