Mr. Gaissmaier is Senior Operating Director - Human Capital at TowerBrook. Previously, Mr. Gaissmaier was Chief People Officer at Match Group. Prior to that he was EVP and Chief HR Officer at 21st Century Fox. Mr. Gaissmaier previously served as a Managing Director and Partner at BCG where he led the Human Resource Practice in North America. Mr. Gaissmaier earned his MA in Political Science, Journalism and Law from the University of Hamburg, Germany, and received his MBA from INSEAD in France and Singapore.
