Dara is a Vice President at Raine. Since 2015, Dara has been involved with over $13bn of interactive entertainment transactions across growth equity investments, M&A transactions, and capital raises. Dara also formerly served as the Director of Strategic Finance and Corporate Development at Epic Games. In this role, she was involved in the acquisition of Tonic Games, RAD Game Tools, and Psyonix, Epic Games’ investment in Manticore, and several multi-billion dollar private capital raises. Dara started her career at McKinsey & Company. Dara is focused on interactive entertainment M&A advisory assignments and investment opportunities. Dara has a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
