Dan is a Vice President at Raine. Since joining Raine in 2015, Dan has been primarily focused on principal and advisory assignments across technology, media and telecommunications, having assisted a number of Raine’s clients and portfolio companies in developing and executing on their growth strategies. While at Raine, Dan has worked on select transactions including Sprint’s merger with T-Mobile, SoftBank’s sale of its stake in Supercell to Tencent, the development of Endeavor’s corporate strategy and initial public offering, Fanatics’ $1.0bn private placement, FC Cincinnati’s $150mm private placement, and Foursquare’s acquisitions of Placed, Factual, and Unfolded. Dan is actively involved in Raine’s investments in Textplus, Robin, GenXComm, PubNub, and Foursquare, the latter of which he serves as a board observer.Dan graduated with High Distinction from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan in 2015. He received a B.B.A. with emphases in Accounting and Finance.
