Ari is a Vice President at Raine. Ari focuses on the firm’s principal and advisory assignments with companies across the sports and entertainment sectors. He has worked on a variety of transactions including Chelsea FC’s sale to a consortium led by Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital, MSG Entertainment’s acquisition of MSG Networks, Fremantle’s sale of Ludia to Jam City, and Endeavor China’s acquisition of Mailman Group. Ari is actively involved in Raine’s investment in Voi where he serves as a board observer. Prior to joining Raine, Ari worked at J.P. Morgan. Ari graduated from Emory University with a B.B.A. and has an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
